What inspired you to become a part of Diesel?

I was motivated to join Diesel in hopes of improving my flexibility, strength, and coordination. Diesel's professional training and evaluations are tailored to each athlete's wants and needs, which sets It apart from any other gym.

What were your initial goals when you first started working with Diesel?

When I first started Diesel, I wanted to improve my flexibility and coordination, as these are key attributes for throwing harder.

What have been some of your most significant accomplishments since joining Diesel?

Since joining Diesel, I have seen significant change in my body and athleticism as a whole. I have improved in each desired area, specifically my flexibility and mobility.

What do you enjoy most about being a member of Diesel?

I enjoy the competitive environment that Diesel has to offer; it motivates athletes to push themselves faster than ever before while making some friends along the way
